Mr. Henderson has extensive experience in animal agriculture that ranges from the barn to the boardroom. He moved from Dairy Farm Manager to the feed industry spending five years with Wirthmore Feeds in New England in a Sales and Service role. In 1967 he joined the Wayne Feed Division of Continental Grain Company as a Salesman in western New York and spent the next 29 years of his career with Wayne Feed. He served in numerous positions i.e. Sales, Sales Management, Store Supervision, and National Marketing Manager for Dairy which moved him to Chicago in 1978. In 1980 he was named Southern Area Sales Manager and in 1981 returned to Chicago as the Director of Marketing. In 1985 he was named Vice President and General Manager of the Wayne Feed Division and was named a Sr. Vice President in 1988. Since his early retirement in 1995, he has provided consulting services to a number of Agribusinesses and from 1999 until Sept. 2003 he served as Senior Consultant, Feed Industry, for AgriCapital Corporation, an investment banking firm in New York City. Currently he serves as an Agribusiness Consultant with Fencrest LLC headquartering in the state of New Hampshire.

With a background in Animal Science and a working experience with all phases of livestock and poultry, Mr. Henderson is uniquely qualified to work with feed manufacturers/marketers. He gained significant experience in a number of positions with the Wayne Feed Division in General Management with particular strengths in the Sales and Marketing areas.
